Autopetz Travel Couch

Car rides present our pets with many scary emotions that we don't often think of when they travel with us. This is where the Autopetz Travel Couch comes in, specially designed to act as your pups source of security and comfort when in the car, it provides them with a place they can snuggle up in all while keeping them safe. It's extra features are just an added bonus for you!

Yes, all Autopetz Travel Couches are machine washable for your convenience. We do not recommend washing the inner inserts for Travel Couches from the Classic Collection, if necessary hand wash only.

For all sizing guides, please refer to our size charts included on each product page. If you are still unsure, please email our friendly support team and they will help you decide.

Depending on which collection you decide to go with, your Autopetz Travel Couch will include either an Oxford, PP fiber, Canvas or Fleece fabric. All our products include hypoallergenic, pet safe materials. 

Shipping

Autopetz Travel Couches tick all the boxes when it comes to a safe and hassle-free car journey with your pets. On the off chance that it's not love at first sniff between your pet and their new Travel Couch or you would like an exchange, you have 14 days to do so. Please email our support team and they will be able to provide you with all further instructions to proceed.

If the item has a specified "sent" date beside it in brackets this means the item is a presale purchase and you will receive that item in 2-12 business days from this "sent" date. 

Autopetz offer free 2-8 day delivery on all our products. Delivery times do depend on your location but our customers generally receive their orders within 2-8 days *Please note: AusPost is currently experiencing delays due to the latest Covid-19 virus - Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your product.

If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, please email support@autopetz.com with 'Urgent order edit' in the subject title. Our team will look into it for you and make the required amendments. If your order has already been shipped, they will work with you and the courier to have it redirected where possible.

If you do need to change or cancel your order, please email us at support@autopetz.com with CHANGE or CANCEL in the subject title and our team will do our best to fulfil your request. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process.
